Utilities & Services

The following utilities and services are provided to our community.

Trash Collection 

Weekly trash service is provided by Texas Disposal Systems (TDS). Trash pick-up by neighborhood is listed below. Place your containers at your curb by 7:00am on the morning of your trash day and remove containers by the end of the day.

Water and Sewer 

Water and Wastewater service is provided by Travis County Water Control and Improvement District No. 17 (WCID17).

Electricity

Electricity is provided by Austin Energy (AE).

Internet, Telephone & Cable

Several providers in our area offer a variety of options for reliable, high-speed internet, telephone and cable services. We encourage you to evaluate each of these options to find the service that?s right for you. Many neighbors use AT&T and Spectrum.
